Gewohnte Qualität und gute Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Das Teil habe ich mir für meine Nackenübungen gekauft, da der Tennisball nicht so optimal war dafür. Mit dem Duoball sind die Übungen an der Wand massiv effektiver. Ausserdem setze ich ihn auch noch für die Bearbeitung meines Knies ein, dass nach einem Motorradunfall einige Probleme im muskulären Teil aufweist.
